MSBTE K Scheme Diploma in Mechanical Engineering | Third Semester Syllabus

In the third semester of the MSBTE diploma in Computer Technology (CO), students face comprehensive theory exams, each worth 70 marks, in four critical subjects: Strength of Materials, Fluid Mechanics and Machinery, Thermal Engineering, Production Drawing, Basic Electrical and Electronics, Essence of Indian Constitution, Fundamentals of Python Programming, Computer-aided Drafting.

The 'K' Scheme Curriculum for the Diploma has been revised for the academic year 2023–24. The official announcement of the third semester curriculum was made in 2023, with the draft curriculum displayed up to the sixth semester. The syllabus for all second semesters is now accessible. Moving into the second year, students will engage in more technical subjects, shaping a comprehensive learning experience.
